Keystone Customer Service

Our Montana 2014 3850FL developed slide-out problems with the 2 front slide-outs, the left quit working totally, and the right one was making unusual noise, we took it back to our dealer, Lifestyles RV's in Grain Valley, Mo, they checked it out and contacted Keystone and was told that the Factory would do the repairs at the factory, repairs where done and some extra work was performed, it took about 5 months this winter to get it done. They are paying us for driving to the factory to pick it up. I think that they need to work more on their customer service.

We had similar problems, took it up there ourselves and they fixed it in two days. A number of us who bought from Lifestyle aren't fans.

I don't know, but for us 5 Months would be totally unacceptable.

Unless you were planning on heading South for the winter, I would be thankful that Keystone told Lifestyles to bring it in or send it in to make sure it was fixed right. I know of another couple that had slide problems with their 3850 and Keystone fixed theirs also. Don't remember how long it took but when they got it back it was better than new! At least Keystone is paying you to pick up your unit and I think that is the best thing. You will be able to talk to them and inspect the unit also before taking possession again. Just think, it's just in time for the camping season again. Speaking of camping think about joining us up in Nebraska for the MOC Central Plains Regional Rally in June. You can meet some of us that post here on the Forum and also others that join us from actually all over the country for our Rally. It's a small Rally but a good one. If you need info on it send me an email or PM me!

there may be more to the story. Not being able to use the Montana in the winter in MO may not be a bad thing. When we still wintered in Ohio they could have my Montana all winter.

Been there. You got more repaired than what your unit was sent up there for. You got the best service deal than what you would get with any dealer.
