Leak in storage area

Have been doctoring a slight leak in my outside storage area of our entertainment center. Had been noticing that the floor was wet under the left corner of the door. The storage area is the outer half of our entertainment center/computer desk (slideout).

For a few years, I'd check it and it didn't seem much wetter, just damp. Finally, last fall I put new weather proofing around the door so that I'd be sure water wasn't getting in that way. I had checked the roof and there was no leak from there, there was no dripping or water coming down inside the area.

Today, my wife was taking some things out from under her computer desk and found that the carpeted area in the same corner (side) was very wet and a box was partly spoiled.

I've got everything out now have a small heater inside the storage area trying to dry it out. A friend of mine suggested that I use a little silicone caulk around the area of the door so I've done that. Now it's just wait and see. Will update if after the next rain everything is okay.

Anyone have any other ideas? I know it's hard without seeing what's going on.

I am not familiar with the 3555 floor plan. Is the entertainment center in a slideout? If so, I may have an idea.
I had a leak in the corner of the living room slide (by the kitchen table). It happened only if it rained but not all the time. (Our dog was sleeping there and refused to go to bed. We finally checked his bed and it was soaked!!) Anyway, I think it was related to the edge of the roof on the slide. In the outside corner, there was tape over the edge. Right on the outside, there was some sort of metal corner piece that stuck up a little bit. So when the slide went in and out, it would wear the tape until it went thru. Then since the slide roof sloops out, any rain would run to the outside and then either forward or backward to the ground. If it ran towards the worn tape, it would get wet inside. I think it ran down the inside of the wall until it hit the carpet in the corner, which acted like a wick and sucked it in! At least that is my best guess.
I didn't have any of the special roofing tape, so I just used good old duct tape and put down 2 or 3 layers. I think I got some better tape later and retaped it tho. It seemed to correct the leak.
Good luck
