We have a good show of interest for the G.l rally here at the Fall Rally. There are 16 signed up thus far. We will post all the details in the next couple of weeks including the list of sign ups from here. We are still looking at the first week in August. We will call the C.G and firm up the dates when we get home.

Opps, didn't know there was a sign up sheet for the Great Lakes Rally here at the Fall Rally. Guess I better stop visiting and pay attention. Anyhow, count the three of us and hopefully I'll sign up tomorrow.

We will be taking to the C.G today to firm up details and will post thm ASAP. We did get 22 sign ups for the G.L rally at the Fall rally and will also post that list in the order of signup. It looks like space will be limited as we had requested a block of 25 spaces.

Hey Rich, perhaps you can add spaces to the block at this early date.

Rich,
Don't forget the previous sign-ups who were not fortunate enough to be at Goshen. In particular, I am referring to me!! We are strongly interested, and at present plan to make our reservations in January, since that is when we plan and usually pay for our yearly adventures.

We are working with the dates and spaces. The probem is the size of these Montana's. We will go up a measure aditional spaces that we can fit into. Campgrounds that we can fit into with the services we require at a reasonable price are at a premimum in that part of the Great Lakes region. In fact..this is the ONLY one.

Hi Rich,

My wife, Patty & I would like to sign up for the GL Rally if there is still space. Since we are right here in Amherst, OH, maybe we can make our first rally close to home. We are planning on leaving for FLA on New Year's Day, staying in Leesburg. We volunteer at the Methodist Life Enrichment Center. We hope to be able to make a couple luncheons to meet some of this nice group. Will watch the forum for dates. Bill

According to our notes we have 30 sites reserved and 30 attendees signed up. The rally is a long way off and individual plans may change and sites may come open. We will also try to find more sites. There are plenty of sites at the C.G but due to the size of our Montana's only so many we can fit into. Continue to sign up . The C.G is closed till Mid April and we will go back when we get home from Florida.

Rich,
I noticed that the campground also has reservations on their web-site. Should we just wait until the campground actually opens or can we go ahead and reserve on-line. The only drawback with the on-line system is you have to pay in full, any thoughts??

I don't know Bingo.. The owner said they would be here in Florida till April. I think some reserved before the C.G closed for the winter. We have not made Our reservations... We have 30 sites so they will not go away and the sites will be allocated in the order of sign up. I think they were only asking for 1 day payment when we registered as MOC. I will try to contact them as check it out. We are just going to wait till April. Don't think the C/G even opens till May???

Rich, I saw you added us to the list, many thanks..I also noticed you may be over ? I realize things change, especially as you get closer but if necessary go ahead and bump us...we are only 20 minutes away and can certainly come hang out anyway ! Besides that, if things remain the same for us this spring/summer, we'll have the boat docked again in Vermilion and can offer up some boat riding.

Rich - my wife and I with another Montana couple have been thinking about coming. Will the campground have enough room? We have not signed up yet.

John... Experience says that there will be cancellations so I would go ahead and get on the list. We will go back up in the spring and try to find more spots.
