Florida is Hot!
Better have at least one A/C working while in Florida right now.
It's hot.72-75 at night and Hot! Visiting Fort Wildnerness at mickeyland, know that they are renovating many aspects to accommodate larger RV's.

Dennis, I could have told you that when we were at Byron. That heat and humidity is exactly why we escaped Florida in mid May. Right now I am sitting in my daughter's yard wearing sweat pants. Haven't had the A/C on since we left South Carolina weeks ago.
Good to hear WDW is trying to better their accomodations for us BIG rigs.

Gee whiz Glenn, you get around pretty fast? So where are you now that you can only wear sweatpants. I hope you at least have on a T-shirt and maybe some socks too. When I only wear sweatpants at my daughter's she always kindly asks me to put on a shirt - but I can't blame her, I may not be as handsome and debonair at you. :-)

Well, sitting here in Central Mass at 10 o'clock in the morning it finally got up to 71 degrees. The nights have been down in the 50's. I'm glad I'm here because I talked to someone in Houston yesterday and it was 106 heat index.
Traveling is so much fun.

I think it was close to 90 here today in Western NC at the house, but the nights are great! As I get older I can't imagine how I played 18 holes of golf in the Florida summer and it wasn't in the AM!!

It is perfect here in Northern Ohio which is why we keep a stick home here. 60's at night, High of 78 today and low humidity. It will be in the 80's for the rest of the week....

If you want hot come to Texas, 104 degrees today. The 90's would seem like a cool spell.

We left FL to escape the heat in April. We hit 91 here in Bellaire, MI yesterday after a cold May and 1st part of June. Down in Davenport, FL however, they have heat advisories with index 105-110. So we are still better off - I guess. I lived in the SW for a few years and 110 dry heat there is uncomfortable, but 90 with humidity feels much worse to me.

Oh stop your belly aching! It has rained almost every day in June here in Maine and the long term forecast is for at least some rain every day until a week from Friday and a lot of rain on some of those days.
If anyone has pontoons on the Monty and makes it to Maine, we are workkamping at the Durham/Freeport KOA Stop and see us.

LOL CmdrDewey. I guess that would be a new topic to post on putting pontoons on the Monty.
Then if successful, one can float their Monty's and jump in the water when it gets too hot.
