Great Service

Some of youmay remember I was having probs with a dealer in No. Washington and had to call Keystone to have some parts shipped to a dealer in Bend, OR. Well, that dealer was All-Seasons, a Keystone dealer, among others. I called last week to set an appointment to get a shower leak fixed, annual service on Fridge and WH, have a day night shade installed and pick up a new 50 amp power cord, the latter two were warranty items and the ones that the other dealer was supposed to order but didn't.

I must say I was completely blown away by All-Seasons work. 4 hours and we were on the road again. Made it to Crater Lake by 7 pm and am sitting in Monty now.

If you are ever in Bend and need repair work, I would highly recommend this dealership. They used to be called Trailer City.

And a great big thanks to Keystone for having my parts there when needed and a great, new design, 50 amp power cord.......

Phil

Another great service place in Bend, OR is Jerry's RV Service. He's not a Keystone dealer but we went there when hour refrigerator went out and he had us back on the road quickly AND we had no appointment--just pulled in and they slipped other customers because we were traveling through. Maybe it's because it's Oregon???

Phil
I'm curious about the new power cord, what did they change?
