I just wanted to tell all the wonderful service I got from this company. Friday my toile was broke, I called the service center here in colorado springs and they said" there is a TWO WEEK backlog on service. So I tryed to repair it myself, the cable Assy was broken So I called the company, NO PROBLEM the nice lady said we will sent the parts to you at no cost.

Hi Bob, looks like we're reasonably close neighbors!

You're probably better off going through the manufacturer anyway. I've never had any luck with the fellas in the Springs. Ended up fixing most of what they messed up myself or taking it somewhere else.
