UPDATE: 9/19 ICE & WATER! REMINDER! BRING COOLERS

Donna & I have volunteered to keep the coolers with Water & Ice filled in both of the tents this year!

We will be bringing our large white one and need 2 more large coolers for the large tent and also 1 small one for the small tent. If anyone has one of the sizes needed and can bring it for us to use we would be grateful!

We took a black permanent marker and put our name, address and cell phone numbers inside the top of the lid so we know who's cooler is who's and we can call you.

FOR THOSE THAT HAVE AGREED TO BRING COOLERS PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANY THING CHANGES AND YOU CANNOT BRING THEM. THANKS!!!

We can bring a large cooler to use. Do you want a rectangular one that you put bottled water in or do you want one with a spigot that you dispense drinks from? (like iced tea, lemonade, etc)

We actually have enough coolers but feel free to bring yours. It may not get used but in case those that have volunteered to bring theirs forget to. It is always nice to have a spare hanging around.
