new cabinet

Has anyone who has a 2955rl ever decided to put a back door on the cabinet over the tv set so that the cabinet would be excessible from the "throne room". That cabinet is so high up in the living room but would be the perfect height in the potty room. My husband doesn't think this can be very easily done but I want it so I'm researching if anyone else has done it. Thanks ahead of time for your replys.

I already have a cabinet in the potty room which I believe is the back end of the entertainment cabinet. Is that something they have added? Ours is a 2005 model. It has 2 shelves and hooks below. It has plenty of room for hand towels, TP, chemicals, etc.

Toolmanroy, In my 2003 3280RL I just have a shelf with hooks on the bottom. It would be nice to have two shelves to put stuff on.

Our 05- 3295RK only came with a shelf with hooks below in the Throne area. I sure wish we had a cabinet. Although cutting an opening and making an access door would be nice, but I don't think this is possible with the sliding door being in the way.

Gary, ours is same as yours. Also, our tv is not on that wall behind the throne room. A door there, for us, would just open into the living room, or maybe the curio cabinet. Now that might be handy...

In our 05 model we have a large corner cabinet in the living area next to the steps leading to the bath area. I don't know if this is in the 03 model. It is rather difficult to get to the top shelf even with a step stool. Of course I am not 6' 5" tall.

Yes, it's the same in the '03. And I, too, have trouble with that shelf. It helps to stand on the ledge at the bottom but that ledge is pretty narrow. I keep some tools on that top shelf, things I want to have inside but don't need every day. We get a lot of things in that curio cabinet. If we had access from the water closet it might be nice to keep toilet paper, towels, etc. there. We have just the shelf and hangers like yours. Someday maybe I'll put a cabinet in there but probably not until Vicki decides it needs a cabinet. Wish we had some of the other improvements made a few months after we took delivery on ours! Keystone listened and made a number of good changes but, of course, too late for us!
