Another great service call at the dealer
Totally unexpected results when I went to our local dealer yesterday morning. I had talked to them before Labor Day about getting warranty work done between Labor Day and Thanksgiving and told them I would drop off the keys (our unit is in storage next door). I walk in and hand them the keys and ask them to let me know when they have it in so I can go over each issue with the technician. No problem I am told, it will be a couple of minutes until we get your Montana into the bay!! I know others may or may not agree, but this is the kind of service that keeps me from travelling miles and miles to get a little better deal. I will report on the warranty issues after I get the final prognisis so we can see how Keystone upholds their end. All were relatively minor. It is a pleasure to know I have a dealer that obviously takes pride in taking care of their customers. When this is done, got a hunch they will be getting double 10's on the rating sticky, but we will see.
