Sisemore Travelland

We purchased our '07 3400RL from Jack Sisemore Travelland in Amarillo,Tx. After 3 months, had a few very minor warranty issues (latches that didn't hold doors shut, the sliding door had come loose, and a squeaky refrigerator door}. However, our main problem was that we had spilled something on the carpet that bleached out a very noticeable spot. We live 250 miles from the dealer, but we were in the area on a family emergency, and took the Monty in unannounced, on a Saturday afternoon.
The dealership owner looked at our carpet, then got on the phone to a carpet installer who does personal work for him. He arranged for the carpet person to come to the dealership on the following Monday. We took our Monty in and left it for the day. When we went back later, the carpet had been repaired (cut a piece out of the closet and replaced the ruined spot), and did all of the warranty work. The carpet repair was great, cannot tell it was even patched. They only charged us $40 for the carpet repairs.
The dealer treated us great, going above and beyond what they had to do.

That's great news. We also bought our Montana from Jack, he's a straight shooter in my book. We haven't taken it in for any repairs, but haven't needed to so far. If and when we do, I feel comfortable they will take care of any problems. He didn't build one of the largest dealerships in the area by treating customers poorly.

It is great to hear that my fellow Texans continue to treat people right. Need to keep these guys in mind.

We also bought our Montana from Sisemore in TX. We have not taken it back for any repairs because it didn't need anything but minor and took to dealer closer to home. We will buy our next one from Jack Sisemore Traveland again. Their service manager, Ray, has been a great help on the phone with me when we were having trouble with our AC. He also called Durtherm.
