Inverter for TV and Sterio

Hi, Has anyone Tried to install an AC inverter under the TV and Sterio?
I do a lot of camping without hookups adn no generator. I would like to use the factory installed components.
I use two of the largest deep-cycle batteries, so power is not a problem. Its just that the power needs converted and hooked to the outlets.
is there a way to be able to use the components on both direct AC and inverter AC?
thanks
