Refrigerator door hinges failing

Has anyone had their hinges on their Dometic refrigerator fail? Ours did. Both of them, the fridge door first, then a week later the freezer door. What's odd is, the trailer is still in storage, under cover. No movement, no vibration, empty doors. Wife went in to prepare for a trip in a couple of weeks and found a piece of plastic laying on the floor. Couldn't figure it out....until she opened the door up. Whoops! Then today, I found another piece of plastic on the floor. Yep, the freezer door hinge. I originally had contacted our dealer on the main door hinge, and they've ordered the part from Dometic. Now I've got to tell them to order another part. At least Dometic is warranteeing the hinges, but NOT the labor. And, I've learned that the warranties are being reduced in time. Ours (2007) had a three year warranty. Now I hear they are dropping to two years. At least we got in "under the wire" so to speak. Just wondering if anyone else has had a hinge failure?

Our 2006 Montie 3000 (rear kitchen) the bottom hinge just failed. We did have the door loaded and and had been on some rough roads. I have not ordered the part, hopefully its an easy fix.

My easy fix was after I called Dometic I had to buy a new door because I was out of warranty, you can't just get a new hinge due to the design.

The upper hinge on the freezer door broke on ours. The plastic acted like it was crumbling. Tried JB weld but it didn't stick. Theonly time it hasn't worked for me. Had to buy a new door.
