1) That is not normal. It would mean that the axles are out of alignment. Dealer should fix this before any long trip.

2) The brakes would have been used by the delivery person on the way to the dealership, so they should not be "green". Most likely the brake controller needs adjustment, or possibly the brakes themselves. I wonder if point (1) could have caused point (2)? Regardless, the dealer should fix this.

Good luck with this. It is a disappointment when you pick up a unit and it is not perfect, but it should be easily fixable.
