REMOVE BATHROOM FLOOR HEAT DUCT

How does one remove the round heat duct on the floor next to the toilet ?? Do the ceiling ducts remove the same way as the floor duct ??

My bathroom heat duct hose had fallen off. To access it, I opened the door side storage door and removed the panel that is immediately to the left. I re-positioned the duct/clamp and tightened the clamp. Never fell off again.
Though I didn't remove the round white floor vent, I expect that you can put a putty knife under it and carefully pry it up by working the putty knife around the duct.
Ozz has removed the ceiling vents to perform a mod and knows how to do it. Maybe he'll respond

You can do the putty knife or flat head screw driver thing, but I just get my fingers under the edges of the floor vent and lift/pry it up. I have removed it several times for cleaning purposes and then it just snaps back into place. The ceiling A/C vents on our rig are the same way. Hope this helps.
