Brought the Montana up to the Rv dealer that will preform the work.the insurance adjuster will be their either tommorow or thursday.The first thing the RV dealer does is bring in a specialist that investigates why and what caused the problem.from what the service manager told me this is the only thing this guy does.travels around the country to do just this kind of thing.And with a grin the service manager said he doesn`t come cheap.Thank God for insurance huh??I placed a call to "Dometic"They could have cared less.In fact they almost lauged at me over the phone.His words to me where"your kidding me right on a 8 year old unit"O well it is what it is I guess.Didn`t get that warm fuzzy feeling thats for sure.This is my first time dealing with this RV dealership,and i`ll tell ya I feel very convident that will will make things right.Its a well run,organized dealership.They just started carrying the Montana line a couple of years ago.i`ll let you all know more when I know more.
