Hydraulic slide issue
I seem to have a new issue on my 2015 Montana 3610. My kitchen and living room slide have been opening a few inches when in storage. This seems to happen when the outside temperatures get hot. It's done this recently 3 different times. We've had this coach since new and this has not happened until this year. Wondering if anyone out there has had this issue with their Montana...i should add that I just take my batteries out and run the slides back in, not sure if this exacerbates the problem or not. I don't notice anyone's else's slides with this issue in our storage facility. Any info would be greatly appreciated...

You most likely have a bad seal on a piston or valve somewhere in your system.

Your probably right. When it gets hot the fluid expands and is bypassing somewhere. The issue is where is the somewhere...thanks for your reply.

That is the really tough part. On our old rig it was the gang of valves that would shut off slides up in the front. Who would have guessed?

I’d perform a bleed on the hydraulic system first since both slides are extending. Air in system could cause this. If after bleed issue still persists I’d then remove the solenoid valve on the manifold block and clean it and verify no junk is in the fluid orifice and reinstall and bleed system again.
