2014 5th Wheel recliners and a recall

We have a 2014 3402 RL and had warranty issues with our two recliners. 1) The foot rest would not stay up if our 30lb dog jumped up to sit with us. 2) the side arms wiggled. After 3 months working with Camping World, Keystone shipped a replacement base for each chair. Camping World said they sent the wrong base, as the mechanism was not the long arm lever but the kind that is more of a flush mounted pull tab mechanism. My husband didn't want to wait for a new part and was able to install it with a slight mod (we simply cut the hole larger to accommodate the cup for the pull tab) and it works much better now.

Issue #2: Once my husband removed the orig base, he saw that some of the screws holding the arms on were missing entirely while the ones that were installed were only halfway screwed in.

Additionally, Camping World (Savannah / Pooler Ga) did not register the sale of our RV in a timely manner so we missed the recall on the convection microwave. It turned on in the middle of the night and burned an onion I had put in there to keep while we traveled. It was terribly frightening - smoke and all - and something we could have avoided completely had we been informed of the recall. I found out about it the next day after calling Keystone. Could have been tragic. Thanking God it wasn't.
