Michelin tire recall!!

Here is a link to NHTSA announcement. It appears as if some of the light truck tires that came stock on some Fords and as replacement on other trucks and many RVs are having some de-lamination issues much like our favorite China Bombs.. I got this from the Escapees news letter...

We will be getting new Michelins during the winter for the truck, I am on my 3rd set of Coopers 2 whole sets of which were egg shaped. These are worn down to the wear bars so it is time. Only about 45K on them

I've got Michelins but are not of this size, which is in the recall: LT M/S2 LT225/75R16 115/112R LRE.

That is a much smaller tire than what I use. I had one tire fail some months ago, but it was a different size and not on this recall. I hope it's never on any recall list. I don't need the anguish.
