Inverter while in storage

Our Montana 3121 RL is in storage with low amp electric power provided to my unit if my residential frig is all cleaned out and I don’t need it to run, can I just turn off my inverter? Will the power still charge my batteries if my
Inverter is off?

That all depends on how your inverter is wired. My inverter/charger operates separately from each other, so the inverter stays off unless I need it (on the road to power the refer). I can run the charger without the inverter and the inverter without the charger.

I am assuming you have a newer model. Your inverter doesn’t have anything to do with the charging. It is strictly there for your refrigerator. In fact, your inverter uses power when it is turned on. Best of luck.

If you're not using it, shut it off, the batteries are charged by the converter in the convenance panel by the breakers. it only loads the batteries unnecessarily.
