Awnings

Is there a secondary fuse for the awnings to open and close. My first trip in a new 2021 3121rlkk and the awnings worked one time. Then the next day they would not move.
I check the fuse in the main box and they look okay. Is there another fuse for the awnings some where else?

Thanks in advance for your info.

Your awnings are powered by DC (Your battery and the converter). Do you have power in the rest of the camper (house lights, furnace blower for example) that also uses 12 volt or is everything out. If everything, you might check your battery kill switch (that big red plastic key, usually in your wet bay or outside convenience center. It might be turned to the off position.

No, we are connected to 50 amp power. Electrical connections are working in camper.

Our Living/Dining Awning quit one time and traced the problem to an In-line fuse in the wall just below the Awning switch. Don't know if Montana has that or not, but worth pulling the switch, provided you have one, if controlled by "In-Command (not)" all bets are off.

Mickey, when you are connected to 50 amp, you still have things that are 12V, such as awnings, some lights, slides, etc. If you are on 50 amp and shut off your 12v, you will not have awnings. The question Dutchman asked is do all of your other 12v systems work? Things that could cause this are if you shut your battery system off.

I had one of mine quit working. It turned out to be the plug near the motor at the end of the end of the awning had come unhooked. Plugged it back in and everything was back to normal.

There is an awning controller behind the switch panel. It's a mess back there, I would check elsewhere first.
