2019 Central Plains Regional Rally

The dates and the campground are set for the 2019 Central Plains Regional Rally better known as the CPRR! It will be held this year at the Victorian Acres RV Park in Nebraska City, Nebraska from July 28th to August 3rd, 2019. If you would like to attend make your reservation NOW because there are a limited number of 50 amp sites available. To make reservations call 402-873-6866 and tell them that you are with the Montana Owners Club Rally and would like to reserve a site. Once you have made your reservations with the campground, please post here on this thread saying you have a confirmed reservation for the Rally. Come join us for a week of adventures and fun! Watch for future posts on the CPRR coming at a later date.

APRIL 26, 2019---Just got back from Victorian Acres and have checked with them and all of the 50 amp full hookup sites are now taken and any further attendees signing up for the CPRR will have to have 30 amp full hookups.

*****Also got a look at the flood water situation over the hill on the Missouri River and just outside of town in Nebraska City. The waters just outside of town are running bank full and spilling over on the edge of town. No worry there since Victorian Acres is on the top of the bluff of the Missouri and if it gets flooded we will all be building arks. I-29 which is about 3-5 miles east and down the hill from Victorian Acres is still under water in both directions North and South. Highway 2 which comes off of I-29 to Nebraska City is also under water yet. To get to Victorian Acres if you are coming from the North South you will have to take Hwy 75 and turn at Hwy 2 East. If you see "Road Closed-- Local traffic only" on the barricades you will need to go around them because Victorian Acres is west of where Highway 2 is closed at. IF there are any other changes to this we will let everyone know.

. . . BTW don't worry about the itinerary, when it is posted it will be OK... if you could put an announcement on the FB page, it might be noticed quicker... just write to look at the MOC site for itinerary will be enough.... thanks.
. . . We will be arriving Monday (leaving on morning, arriving 4 hrs later from Emporia, KS), staying Mon July 29th, Tue 30th, and Wed 31st (nights).
. . . We must leave Thur Aug 1st by noon for travel toward Crawford, NE (spending Thur night somewhere between Nebr.City and Crawford.) It will be approximately a 10 hr from one extreme end of the state to the other extreme end! Reservations there Aug 2nd few days, leaving there for Mullen, NE to ride stock tanks down the river for a few hours. We'll staying in Mullen for a few more days!... should be awesome time on the road... Nebraska isn't for everyone!

Peg, The CPRR is a Regional Rally and is much smaller than the National Fall Rally. You can go into the previous year's postings to see what we have done in the past. As of this date our schedule is not set up for the 2019 CPRR and more than likely will not be finalized until May or even June. Our Rally is more social than informative and we like to keep it that way so the attendees can get to know each other and have fun. If you have further questions please feel free to ask by sending me a PM or ask here on the Forum.

Peg, you will also find it's a great place to ask questions and see modifications that others have made without all the rush and fuss of a National Rally. The National Rally is great and very informative. Regional Rallies are more relaxed, but can be just as informative.
