Greystone fireplace not working

Hi all,
My fireplace will not turn on. We have tried the remote, tried the manual power button, Removed fireplace and confirmed we do have power at the outlet.
Do these units have a internal fuse?
I have read these units have a overheat switch that can trip when the unit gets too hot. Our fireplace probably has less than 10 hours on it.
My camper is a 2014 HC 318RE

If you know how you could test the unit with a volt meter. But it sounds like it mite just be dead. You can order new ones on the internet just need the size of the opening.

Mine quit after about 2 yrs, called factory and they determined it was a bad circuit board and sent me a new one...no cost to me. I installed and it has worked fine since. Start there and call them.
