Pinbox and Pullrite

Greetings all,
Brand new to the RV world and this forum, but have a question I am hoping somebody on here can answer for me. I have a new Montana 3120 RL and recently had a Pullrite 2700 installed in my truck for it. I have to install a Capture Plate on the pinbox on the trailer. The one they gave me seems to be the wrong one based on the installation instructions. I looked at the compatibility chart that Pullrite puts out and my pinbox doesn't match any of those measurements. When I measured the pinbox using the Superglide instructions, it measured 12 inches wide and 5 inches from the front edge of the pin to the leading edge. Based on my lack of knowledge, I don't want to make a mistake and install the wrong one. They gave me the 3365 and based on Pullrites information, I should be using the 3366. If anyone has familiarity with all of the above, can you please help an uninformed newbie? Thanks!

The best thing to do is to call Pullrite. They have great customer service and will give you the correct answer and figure out how to help you.

Looks like the 331760 is the proper capture plate according to their fitment chart. https://www.pullrite.com/fit#QCCP-fit

It doesn't look like either one of the capture plate numbers you quoted will work with the Road Armor pinbox.
