First RV Owner

Hello. Our 3820 FK is our first RV of any type purchased new almost three years ago. I have been following the MOC for some time and would like to thank many of the members here for their experiences and advise as we have learned much and it seems to never end. We full time 6-9 months at a time on work assignments so keeping the rig functional is utmost. The following is a list of items we've addressed, many of them from member posts. This site really does cost you money! Lol.

Installed Winegard Carryout G2+ and Wally's.
Replaced defective Dometic main thermostat.
Replaced 12V house battery.
Installed snap pads.
Installed Watts water pressure regulator w/gauge.
Installed Oxygenics shower head.
Installed Dometic 320 toilet w/sprayer.
Installed Valterra Flush King.
Replaced shower Dura Faucet SA100L water valve.
Installed shower grab bar x 2.
Opened up HVAC return vents.
Trimmed and resealed HVAC supply vents.
Rebuilt front kitchen step riser.
Closed off basement vents.
Installed Lippert Siphon 360 roof vents.
Installed Sailun S637 tires.
TST TPMS.
Installed Progressive Industries EMS HW50C w/digital display.
Installed Centramatic wheel balancers.
Fluke 62 Max IR temp gun.
Viair RV450P compressor.
Replaced bathroom door pivot hinge w/piano hinges.
Installed Hughes RV220 50 SP Autoformer.
Replaced rear Dometic AC/HP.
Reinstalled front gray water tank that fell out through coroplast.

Thanks, it's been quite the learning curve and I have a few more upgrades coming soon but I am determined to not let this thing beat me!

It wouldn't be so bad if we had smooth highways and the factory built them with better parts and correctly...but those are fairy tale wishes.
