Just joined up the other day. In the middle of purchasing a 2019 3810ms. Moving up from a Thor Jazz (32' 2003)
Place we are buying the trailer from brought it down from another store this week. It has the legacy package, but no disk brakes! How is that possible? Also doesn't have the side cameras, only the rear. Something fishy? Run away? Lol

Welcome, sounds like you might be on the right track.
Maybe you should get the VIN and call Keystone Monday to verify the unit.

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like it might be an early 2019, possibly even made in 2018 before those things were added. If so, you need to seriously bargin if you still want it. Hopefully you're not dealing with a Camping World.

Look at the manufacturing date on the sticker. It is on the left front corner. It could be that it has been sitting on the lot for a while.
As Dick said it is most likely an early model
Those things are about $3800 -$4000 if you add them yourself.

Thank you everyone for the welcome.
So in answer to everyone's relpys otherwise, it was made in may 2018.
Because it's not what he said we get our deposit back.....
However all is not lost lol.
We just put a deposit on a 2020 3810ms we are ordering at a different dealer for just a bit more than what this 2019 was,(Basically the price increases for the new model year) and before the tariffs take effect!
And we ordered it with the solar panel and inverter.
Now the wait.......(already tapping fingers lol)

Holding out for the disk brakes I think is a good choice.

Welcome. We have a 2017 model 3810 and like it very much. Especially the front window. Sounds like the 2020's have some added items. We do NOT have any side cameras, don't even have the rear, although it's wired for it. The wife watches when I'm backing up. We've done several mods to ours, if interested just ask. Guess I'll have to go to the next RV show and see what's changed! And don't believe what the specs say on tongue weight, it's more. Ours checks in on the tongue at close to 3500 pounds, and we don't have much extra in the front.

Not sure on what changes were made as far as 2020 from the 2019 we looked at. (haven't seen a 20 yet to know for certain) And from a 17 to the 20 we ordered, I'm sure there are many. For starters I know the couches changed. And that was just from the 2 model years. We actually like the older couch set better but the lack of certain options at this point in a 2019 on hand has made the choice to order and wait for the 2020 easier. Plus I get an extra year within the parks that have the sometimes stupid 10 year rule.
I would definitely be interested in changes you've made though! Never know what I might learn.
Thanks for the info on the tongue weight. Didn't think about that yet but good to look out for! I am going to have to weight it empty and full before I do anything! I've already upped the hitch to a 20k pullrite (from a older Pullrite with less rating) I wonder of the added hitch weight has anything to do with it being a "master suite" model? Surprised they could get away with using generic listed weights but they probably all use the same chassis pretty much so maybe they figure it's close enough lol.

I would definitely be interested in changes you've made though! Never know what I might learn.
First thing we did was to yank out the fireplace in the bedroom. We actually used the "case" the fireplace was in, and just added doors to the front and shelving inside. Then I pulled apart the front fireplace area and fixed the wiring mistakes there, plus added another receptacle for power behind the enclosure. Rebuilt the enclosure that hides the water pump from a curved wall to a square wall for more room. Changed the water pump to a variable rate pump (Shurflo) and added an expansion tank (Shurflo) as well. Installed a removable cover over the skylight in the "suite" area, as I didn't like the sun shining in my eyes (waking me up) first thing in the morning. Also it lets in a lot of heat during the summer if not covered. And of course the normal "open up all AC and heating ducts and grills and clean out all the construction debris that is always left. Also opened up the return plenums so better air flow back to AC/heat pump units. Removed the TV from the outside cabinet and am using space for storage instead. Never would use that outside TV. Added a Flagpole Buddy setup to the slide out, as well as a weather station. Pretty much it......for now!
