Performance Chips

We have a 2000 Dodge diesel 3/4 and I am interested in boosting the HP, tourque, etc. Looking at Edge products, anyone had expierence with them or prefer another brand. Do they really do what they claim and does mileage improve as well, if you keep your foot out of it?

Edge Juice with the Attitude Monitor seems to be the hot ticket. It monitors egr's and turns itself down if temps get too high, gives You gauges to monitor things( egt, boost, trans temp(I think)), it also allows programming changes on the fly. If You want more power while driving just turn it up.

I agree with NJ Hillbilly, the Edge with attitude appears to be one of the most popular, I have not done it yet although in time I will, I just want to get a little further along in warranty and allow some of the manufactures to get a better handle on the software programs. One of my co workers installed the subject unit on his 04 F-250 with a 6.0 and its a monster now. Truck is almost scary to drive in the higher settings if you gouge on it.

Thanks guys for the replys on Edge, Attitude chips. I too ran into an 04' Ford diesel owner, a camp host at our favorite campground, and was he jazzed about Edge. My Dodge diesel is a 2000 can I use this same setup with the Attitude part. It was the best part of the setup. Fimgertip control and a lot more.
