Sewer hose storage in a 3750

Is there a dedicated storage space for a sewer hose in a 2012 3750? I didn't remember seeing one. If there isn't where do you store it?

There is room in the compartment where the dump valves are located for storage of the sewer hose. I keep about 30' of hose there, couplers and clear elbows all in that area. The compartment is directly over the sewer discharge behind the axles on the off side of the rig. This is for a 2011 model, but I am sure that has not changed.

Has anyone seriously considered finding a way to put the Sewer Boom on the 3750? I I did not look closely enough at the 3750 model we saw, and have not taken delivery on mine for full inspection. I m sure the Good Folks at Montana would have, but it looks like a very useful device?

I remember asking the regional sales rep the same question, and was told that it had something to do with the location of the bathroom and the shower drains?? Didn't fully understand it, but I do remember that is what I was told.

6" pvc tube under the width trailer held up by U-clamps, will accomodate all the hose you need along with 2 pieces of 10' vinyl gutter cut in half for support of the hose. Put some caps on it and its out of the way and its own location. Take a water hose and clean the area anytime and its sanitized.

I can't remember what the valve compartment looks like, but I thought it was open on the bottom. Do you just coil the hose(s) and lay it across the top of the valves?

Compartment is closed (with openings that will allow minor drainage) and extends to the right of the valves. Hose is coiled across the length of the compartment, lays on the compartment bottom in front of the valves. This seemed odd at first, until it became apparent that we don't need the valves until the hose is removed and attached.

Thanks Bingo. I had been wondering where to store the hoses on our floorplan and this sounds like it works well.

I usually carry 1 20' and 1 10' section and the adapters to put them together. Not enough of room in the small compartment where the dump valves are. This is my solution: 8' 6X6 vinyl post cover bought at the local lumber yard. It was there for a while, an apparent orphan, so I got it for $25. The two caps I made in my wood shop out of Oak scraps and painted them White Enamel. A few springs from Tracter Supply. It holds both sections of hose and the fittings. I drilled two 1" holes in the bottom to get the cordless drill with and extension on into the post cover to attach it to the frame of the trailer with self drilling screws with big washers. They are also the drain holes.

Nice job Keith. I wish I had 1% of the talent you guys have for modifications. I'm afraid my list of self-improvements on the trailer is going to be very short...

I use PVC pipe on my SunnyBrook and will have the dealer move this to our Montana, I just found it strange that there wasn't something that was labelled for the sewer hose. I'll keep my 30+ feet in my pvc pipe and put my smaller hose in a piece of pipe in the location next to the dump valves. Will this container be long enought for a 3' piece of pvc?
