Good Wash Day

Got tired of looking at the dirt on the rig and just finished washing her. But, that now leads to additional elbow grease as I start waxing before leaving for Ocean Lakes on Monday. What isn't finished here will get done there.

Not a task I enjoy but it falls under the category of ingrained work ethic and pride.

I don't have a work ethic or pride. You can do mine next.

X2 on now ethic or pride, I thought that's why I retired. I don't mind being last in line as long as I'm not doing it.

Great way to put it. I'll be hand waxing mine in a month. It is a real good feeling when it is all done and looks so purty!

Pride in ownership... nothing wrong with that. I just wish my shoulders would tolerate it better.

Tim, I know you take pride in owning both your camper and truck, so I am not surprised to hear you are making her all nice and clean and shiny for your trip to Ocean Lakes. I'd be doing the same thing, but tomorrow we are suppose to get some snow, OH BOY!!

Have a great time and hope to see you there in March.

I try to wash the rv and wax the truck before a trip and if I do it will rain 9 out of 10 times on the way where ever we go. but I do like for everything to look good so I do it anyway. LOL.

I'm hoping the gel coat finish helps in the cleaning and waxing. Is there any difference?
