Thanks that's what we are getting now with a 2500 Dodge. Been looking hard lately at the Chevy but that Deft makes me nervous with the price of gas, now you have to buy deft. I know it is all coming to that just hate the thought. If I can justify better mileage and it pay for itself makes me feel better!!! Definitely going with a 3500 series when I buy.

I've decided to get the same interior Delaine has in her Tahoe, it will be Light Cashmere
After years of dark interiors we went out on a limb and ordered this one with the Blue Granite Metallic and the Light Cashmere interior. After now having this combo for 6 weeks the DW absolutely loves it and "of course" I do to. It certainly will show dirt a little more but it ain't exactly a work truck. Enjoy those toys!!!

We have had our "light tan" interior since owning this '08 3500. We want to get a new vehicle and were looking at a Chevy Equinox, however, they only make a dark interior. Here in So Az, it will not work for us, so we will look further.

I went to Oneonta, Ala. today and order the 2012 Chevy 3500HD, however GM isn't excepting orders on the 3500HD's yet but the order is in the system. We ordered the Light Cashmere interior, and would you believe GM has change exterior whiche was Sheer Silver color to Silver Ice metallic, so had to re-order the hauler bed because the paint code is different. But we have plenty of time because we probably want get the 2012 3500HD until Sept at the latest. I think GM is only offering 5 colors in the 3500HD for 2012. Only other change was we ordered a electric sliding rear window and the moon roof. Just hope we get the 2012 Chevy before we go to Florida for the winter.... Oh well its ordered...

Dave the Cummins is a awesome Truck. I just Love the Duramax/Allison. The 2011 Chevy 3500HD DRW's we have now is awesome, great HP and Torq. We just got back from the Rally and the Chevy really surprised us. The ride is much improved, and the exhaust brake worked great.

But the black interior just want work for Delaine. So we just ordered a 2012. As per the GM rep, there are really not going to be any changes except the Grill area, really don't think there is anything that needs changing.

NEWSFLASH
Just got back from my local Walmart. Naturally, since I recently topped off, I found that the "regular" price of the Peak brand Blue DEF is $11.37 for a 2.5 gallon container. That comes out to $4.55 a gallon. Shun those dealers, if you can pour out of a jug you're in!
