$3.92, AT Safeway, with their card. With the politicos opening up some more drilling sites I expect it to go down further. Wouldn't it be nice if we could tell OPEC what to do with their oil???????? I think competition is great, but look what happened to the airline industry when they did that debacle. Telecommunications the same way. Im my humble opinion anyway......

We'll see. I don't expect the current bunch to really let major drilling to commence, but they might fool me. If the USA would just let the world know that we are going to start tapping our own oil in a major way speculation would drive the price down before the steel hits the dirt. And the money we do spend would stay here in the US as well. Gotta love that idea!

Most US oil already originates in the US. 2nd source is Canada.

It is the speculators, who are "gaming" the commodity markets that drive the price more than anything.

We just paid $3.81 at a Shell station in N. Las Vegas. Woulda been cheaper if we had a Smith's card too.

$3.99, I'd take it! Last Sunday I filled up at $4.27 and that was with a Sunday special of 10 cents off normal price ($4.37). Connecticut has the highest diesel tax in the country at 45 cents a gallon for CT tax. Reason 1 of many why I want to move to somewhere else.
