Back from the Service Center

Whoa! Talk about a VERY Happy Camper. I am back from the Keystone Service Center where they took care of 16 of 17 items I had listed with them. The 17th was a part order that will be in next Tuesday before we leave the Fall Rally. I can't express my exuberance with the way they handled things. Darrell Turner, Service Writer, is a super guy and the whole Keystone Staff was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend a trip to this center for any repairs you may have.

I have the same adulations for the folks at MorRyde. They, too, did an excellent job, including a personal visit to our rig at the fairgrounds to check for a possible gray tank leak they may have caused. After Keystone checked it out they concluded it was residual water from rains and not a problem with the gray tank. (Whew!)

So, can you say "HAPPY CAMPER", I sure can.....

Thanks to all concerned.......

Phil, we've had the same kind of experience, all good, with the service center. Those folks are a big part of the reasons why we bought a second and a third Montana. I'm glad to hear they took good care of you.
