Had to lower pin box for Superglide

Finshed the install of the Superglide hitch last night.
Hooked it up to the coach today.
I found that I only had a little less than 5" from bed rail to the coach.
I then lowered the pin box one set of holes. The bolts are now in the lower set of holes
Now I have a little over 7".
Question??
Which set of holes are you bolts into on your pin box with a Superglide hitch?
Thanks for any info.

We didn't have to change the pinbox settings at all. Monty sits level with the ground.

Well that will vary by make and model of truck as well as what size tires a person has. I am not at the coach now but if memory serves me right, the dealership lowered the kingpin one set of holes and that brought the coach level. They were really happy at how the set up rides and the clearance I have on from coach to bed rails. I love the way it tows/handles so I guess the shop got it right.

I haven't taken it out yet with the new hitch to see how level it is, I was just concerned with the bed rail height to the bottom of the coach.
I was not comfortable with a little under 5" bed rail to coach height.

While I dont have a 2500HD or the exact same traile, I will tell you I had to lower my pinbox one set of holes to gain clearance as well. We camp in mostly pretty level sites. But entering and exiting filling stations and other driveways we got pretty close wtih the previous Sportsmen 5'er. So I would say 7 inches is a good number. I am pretty sure I measured between 7 and 8 inches after adjusting ours.
