I got a very nice one at Sports Authority. Not cheap, $200, but heavy rubber and fits the sofa just fine. 12 inches high, electric pump, and very comfortable. 18 months now, with no leaks. Like you, I got tired of patching the low end mattress that came with the unit.

I wonder if they changed manufacturers. The air mattress in the 2013 Big sky is heavy duty material and is just as good as the high dollar one we purchased for the sofa bed in the S&B.

Do you have any information (phone, web site, ?) on Flair Industries? Only thing I could find on google was Flair Interiors in Goshen. Their web site refers to RV interiors, but I did not see anything at all about air mattresses.
I successfully patched mine several times over the last 4 years, but would like to buy a replacement. Seems each year I have to redo the patch(es). I like the fact that it just folds up with the sofa.

Flair interiors is correct. Flairinteriors.com is the website where you can get a contact number, they are very good to work with.

Sailer,
Flair Interiors as Bingo stated. I just called them earlier in the week,(574) 534-2163, and ordered a replacement mattress for our bed. $128.00 including shipping. Nice folks to deal with. The mattress we had is considered the "old style" with tan material on top and black vinyl on the sides and bottom. Ours will no longer hold air overnight and we cannot find a leak anywhere so we are baffled. The only other thing I can think of is a defective valve in the pump portion.
r,
Jack

We replaced our air mattress with "Simply Sleeper Premium Air Mattress". We do not store it in the fold up couch but under the couch in the drawer. It really saves the mattress. This new mattress looks and feels like a regular mattress so much it has a quilted top on it. Heavy gauge plastic. We love it. A bit pricey but well worth the $$. They have a raised version and regular version. It also has a deflate on the pump that takes it down to almost nothing. Comfort level improved over the orginial one in the Montana.

I talked to a dealer last week. He said that the early air mattresses in the sofa had constant leaking problems. He says that Keystone has now upgraded to a heavier duty mattress that does not leak as easily.
