Sleep Number Bed Slides Around

We have a sleep number bed in our 3455 SA...love it! Just wondering if anybody else has issues with the mattress sliding around on the platform? Seems I'm always pushing it back to the center and think there must be some way to keep it where it belongs! Suggestions?
Thanks!
Patty

I would recommend a couple of strips of really thin foam rubber. Place one under the mattress at the head and the other near the foot area. Problem solved.

Buy a couple of rolls of the rubber shelf material and put it on the plywood.

You may also try one of the thin rubber mats used under throw/area rugs on a smooth floor.

Good luck.

Ditto awaywego. Shelf liner works great and it is super cheap!

How about some Velcroe. Some of it has a tape like backing.

How about a couple of thumb-tacks. Oops that is an air-bid.

Not very familiar with the "Sleep Number Bed". Does it retain the air pressure when disconnected from shore power or does it deflate? Interested, but we do a lot of dry camping.

Hi Dennis and Carol,
Our Sleep Number bed does not deflate when disconnected from power. You just cannot increase or decrease the firmness unless hooked to electricity. We like the ability to choose the firmness individually and that it weighs so much less than a regular mattress.
