Pleated privacy cloth blinds

The lady of the RV would like to find out from all the pros out there how is the best way to clean the pleated privacy cloth blinds. Especially the big one in the LR which is hard to get out from behind.

I think the best plan is: When these blinds get dirty, trade the rig in. Just laughing out loud. I don't know how to get behind them....

We used Phil's suggestion. I'm sure there is a cheaper way, and I suspect it involves a vacuum. But, I'm not sure. I'll see if Terrie will weigh in on this one.
