It must have been about 3 or 4 years ago on here that several different MOC members went to Alaska with their Montanas. They all commented about the cabinet doors coming loose and in alot of cases, they actually came off. One member said the screws that were used were more decorative and quite small.

So other folks that were planning Alaska trips took the time to replace (& glue) all their cabinet door screws and said they did just fine.

That was with older rigs, not sure if newer rigs have different screws in the hinges now.

Just a thought.

We moved down to Arizona from Valdez,Ak. We made five trips. At the time, we had a Lance camper and a 99 Ford F-350 dually. We still drive the same truck today with the same windshield that came in it. We hit a few construction sites in the Yukon and lots of frost heaves from the Alaska border to Tok.The highway is much like a lot of roads in the lower 48 and better than some. Take lots of windshield fluid for the bugs.
