I added a 30 amp single pole Square-D Hom, breaker (the type in my Iota panel) bought it at Home Depot for around $4.00.
One of my favorite quotes from Casablanca:
Captain Renault: "I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here."
This kind of 'shocked' is just dandy, but if you do feel like you can handle this type of work, don't be plugged into 'Park power' or have your Inverter on.
I used a big black rubber covered cord called an 'SO' cord, so I came in the panel with a box clamp through a knock-out in the back of the panel. I thought I wanted to come in one place, changed my mind and plugged the hole with a metal plug. If you use the household wiring with the plastic covering, you just knock-out the little spaces like the factory did.
PM me if you have any questions on this.
