Rt 27 Clermont

Just wanted to say that I think there must be a lot of Montanas heading in and out of Clermont using Rt 27!!! I am not exaggerating when I tell you that at least every other day I see one or two Montanas going down the road! Our church is on that road and my son goes to pre-k there. So every day I travel that road and almost every day I see another Monty I keep flashing my lights and waving so far no one has noticed lol

They are probably trying to avoid I-75 north. I was heading south this weekend toward Tampa/Dunedin area for a Scottish tattoo (if any of you folks are fans of the pipes)and the volume of traffic heading north was unbelievable! It was like every other vehicle was an RV.It was literally stop and go for almost 75 miles northbound. Looks like most of the snow birds are heading home. We have relatives in the crowd heading for Canada too. Needless to say we took a different route home...

A Scottish Tattoo is a type of concert(a simplistic explanation). Dunedin is a area big on Scottish traditions. The middle and high schools have Bands that specialize in bagpipes. This weekend they are having their 40th year of hosting the scottish games. Fun, food, dancing and musical entertainment for the whole family. See the link for details. http://www.dunedinhighlandgames.com/
