Adding a switch to Winegard circuit

I am wondering if anyone has added a switch to control their Winegard dome and Gateway. When I installed the gateway there was a loop of wire in the ceiling under the plastic dome but I couldn’t see a number anywhere on the wire so is it just part of an accessory circuit or a separate circuit . Also if you added a switch where did you put it, on the ceiling next to the Gateway or in the control panel area where all the other switches are

I installed the switch in the control panel. I just couldn’t bring myself to make a new hole in the ceiling.

Could you please supply a photo of the switch placement? I am considering this system. TIA

The switch is at the top between to Magnum and Victron. I also landed it on it's on fuse in the panel.
