a/c capacitor help

I have a 2008, 3400rl single A/C.
I returned to my trailer in Texas after 5 months vacation away from it. I turned on the a/c, and the motor came on after the normal delay but no compressor. I looked and found the breaker tripped. Turned it all back on but same results excluding the breaker. Hum from motor but no compressor.

I've spoken to 3 different RV repairmen and was told:

1.A/C will need to be replaced 2hrs @ $95.00/hr + A/C cost

2.Will need to start by checking capacitors. $100.00 service call + $75.00/hr + parts

3.Just replace all 3 capacitors since 1 is likely bad "A/C is getting old". $75.00 service call +$75.00/hr plus parts
I thought I could change them out myself.
I went on the roof and took covers off A/C. Located and discharged the capacitors. I have written down the info from the (3) capacitors but numbers are Greek to me. The only item I found on the internet was the Jiekeda CD60B Motor Starter.

WSX-7 Motor Starter not found.

MRP 287782 not found

Thoughts as to how I should proceed??

Thanks

Option #4.
Install a SoftStartRv. This bypasses the startup capacitor and you can run your air conditioner on a smaller wattage generator.

Here's a link explaining how they work

Looks like, you probably need a tech to check the unit out. You could spend the money on all those parts and still have a locked rotor on the compressor and then will still have to spend the money on labor and a new A/C unit. There are ways to test the capacitors with a VOM meter, but you need to know what values you are looking for and how to do it.

Each capacitor should have a uf (stands for micro farad) rating on it as well as a voltage rating. You need to search for capacitors with matching ratings. The other thing to try to get close to are the dimensions so they will fit where the old ones were. The manufacturer and there part numbers don’t matter.
