Salt Lake-Ogden : leave 5th wheel(1. week)?

On our trip this summer we have to fly out of Salt Lake and go home for 1 week, for a function.
We want to leave our 5th wheel for 7-9 days and come back and continue our trip.
Any thoughts on the best way to do this and where to leave our 5th wheel with all our gear?
Thank you

The first place I would look for is an RV storage lot. Then, don't forget to disconnect the battery and not just by the factory battery disconnect switch.

one of my offspring lives in SLC, when I drove by the airport I noticed several RV's in a remote lot, the wife and i discussed if we were visiting and had an emergency we could fly out pretty easy

I live in the Salt Lake valley and have a large RV driveway. What dates are you looking at?

You might check with some local campgrounds - some do have seasonal storage potential with no hook ups.

X2 on campground. Disconnect water hose and store along with satellite dish. Lock up bikes with strong steel cable around landing legs. Tell the campground what you are doing--when you leave and when you return. When we do this we will often be without any cell service--like a week in the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Leave AC power connected--we carry a small freezer. Enjoy your trip!

We did that in early March to return from Southern California to San Francisco to get our second Covid shot and take care of some errands at home. We keep it at a secure campground, with water and LPG was disconnected and electrical power plugged in so we would not have to toss the food in the refrigerator.
