Wheel Ratings

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Alaska. Now it's time to replace the factory tires. I have read the posts regarding Sailuns and Goodyears and am trying to decide which one to go with. That's not the question. The wheels that came on the trailer are marked for 110 psi maximum. Is that the cold tire pressure or the operating tire pressure? I have a TST TPMS and saw an 8 - 12 psi increase depending on the ambient temperature and which side was facing the sun, so I would be over the limit if that is operating psi. Also, I can't find any markings on the generic spare tire rim. Can we expect that Keystone would use the same rated spare? LOL
Thanks

Pressure ratings for tires and wheels are cold pressures. A 110 PSI tire or wheel will handle the 130+ PSI once it gets hot.

Zack is correct on that. I have seen our as high 128 with no problems on a very hot day of travel.

Also, the generic steel spare wheel is fully capable of 110 PSI.

I'm running 17.5" 125 PSI tires and they will get up to 150 on a hot day, 145 even on a cooler day.
