In Arizona where we are it seems that the closer you are to a real town the more you will pay. There seem to be lots of places for around $165 to $200 plus electric. The down side is the lack of amenities like cable, computer hook up, and the 40 to 50 mile drive for groceries and sometimes laundry. We are paying $310 this year.

Allen and Clutch - What is the name of the parks where you are. We prefer parks without a lot of "fluff" since we don't use them. We are at Tombstone Territories south of Benson, AZ. Monthly rate is $455. Sites are 40x80. Cable TV, indoor pool. Awesome views. Last winter we stayed at a park that was inexpensive with large sites but 30 miles from grocery store, etc. We loved the park and the views but I got kind of panicky when I realized not only were we far from store but also that far from Hospital or Doctor. I've been saved once and I want them there again if the occassion arises.
Happy trails..........................

We are in Bacliff, Tx at the Kemah RV Park. Wouldn't be here if all the RV Parks weren't so booked as the spaces are really close. We are paying $410.00 for 50 Amp hookups. The price includes electricity cable and Wifi.

There is a park called Green Caye that only charges $350.00 a month that included electricity, but they don't have cable. Spaces are larger and pull throughs.

When we were in the Valley we stayed at Fun n Sun and paid $500.00 summer rates plus $194.00 for electricity. Not sure what the winter rates are. It is a nice park with lots of things to do, but we were working so we could have done without the extras.

Ferndale Washington $360 a month includes all utilities, cable TV and wifi. Fortunately I have the best spot in the park with a huge yard and was able to put in both a flower and vegetable garden.

$500/mo at Larry & Penny Thopson Park on the south side of Miami. Rates just went up for high season. Includes water and 50 amp and cable (I think ... there's a jack on the post, but we haven't tried it yet). Wi-fi is here, but too weak to snag it from our spot.

In the middle of January we are moving to the north side of Miami (C B Smith Park in Pembroke Pines) which is considerably more expensive at a flat fee of $30 per day, no monthly discounts at all. We will love our stay there, but it won't be a real long one

We are still exploring for places to move to that are close to our workplace.
