Shower door replacement

I have a 2018 3791 RD. My Shower has 1 of 3 panels broken. Someplace I have seen instructions how to remove the panel but I cannot find it again. Can someone help and does anyone know if 1 panel can be purchased or do I have to get all 3 as a unit?

I was quoted $700+ from Keystone for a complete replacement. They do not sell just one panel. There is an an instructional video on YouTube showing removal and replacement. I suggest you contact a local glass co. to see if they can provide just one panel. Some folks have removed the offending contraption and use a shower curtain instead.

The panels come as a set. They are fairly easy to remove once the top cover is pulled off after taking a few screws out. You might consider replacing your broken panel with a plexiglass section.

If any part of mine ever breaks then I will have a shower curtain. These shower doors are very fragile and I can't believe more of these don't break.

I have a 2013 Mountaineer. Don't know if my shower is same as yours but mine is called SEA NEO ANGLE A025. Supplied by Shower Enclosures America Inc. located in Ontario, CA. My glass door broke. Was my fault so not the shower at fault. It is made of tempered glass and when it breaks it breaks into a million peaces. They only sell the three panels as one unit. Price plus shipping was going to be more than a new shower.
The glass was 4mm and called niagara pattern. I could not find 4mm but 3/16" is a few thousands thinner and worked fine with some clear silicone. Be prepared, tempered glass isn't cheap and in my case had to be special ordered.

You might want to consider not using the glass doors. We had one shatter while parked. Since we were traveling I had to come up with a solution. We bought one of the bowed 4’ shower bar and have never been disappointed.

Zinman, where did you secure the ends of your shower bar? To the shower enclosure or the wall just outside the enclosure? One of my panels is dragging/binding for some reason and based on what I read in this thread not sure how much energy, or cha-Ching, I want to put into figuring out the problem. Thanks Joe

The bar we used is a compression bar. It simply applies pressure to the two walls. 3 1/2 years and 20,000 miles and it has never come lose. Not sure how to add a picture in this layout.

Zinnman, looks good. I knew there were straight compression bars, didn't know there were also bowed ones out there. Do you happen to recall where you found it? Thanks, Joe

Bed Bath and Beyond I believe. Our doors were under warranty and would have been replaced for free.

But, after using the bowed shower curtain we both liked the feel of the extra inches when showering and the overall look. My wife selected a nice blue cloth exterior curtain. Winner winner.

I have 2 panels from a 2016 Montana high country. You can contact me at mhaganesd@yahoo.com

I am located just South of Austin Texas. On my maiden voyage the latch broke and one of the 3 panels shattered. I replaced mine with a 2 panel shower door setup that was custom made.
Thanks Mark Hagan

We took out our glass doors and replaces with a shower curtain and a curtain bar. The wife hated cleaning the tracks of the sliding doors. We love the shower curtain.

I replaced a panel I broke by going to local glass shop and ordering the tempered panel. Very easy to replace just expensive and took a week to get the panel.

Well I guess I will remove a perfectly good shower door and replace it with a bowed curtain rod. I've always worried about mine shattering and if did I was going to replace it with curtains anyhow. About the time I figure I am thru with improvements someone comes up with some crazy ideal I have to try. lol

I have a '18 3890 and the middle pane has come loose twice. I bent a med. sized Philip's (about 3/8 at the bend. This tool allows me to reconnect the rollers.
To remove the panel there is a spring clip (my term) next to the rollers. Flip it open and the panel comes unhooked.

Did you need to remove the top track to fix the wheel?
Thanks

When mine brakes I will replace it with a curved shower curtain rod.
You can flip this towards the shower when not in use to give you more space in the bathroom.
When in the shower you can flip it so you have more room in the shower.
