Air mattress replacement for hide a bed

The cheesy foam mattress on our hide a bed is dead. Have some friends with SOB’s that have replaced it with an air mattress. Some have told me that the less expensive ones don’t last long. Anyone done this? Recommended brand/model? TIA.

Replace the old blowup one on our 2010 with a blowup mattress from Cabela's and it was a major improvement.

DQ Dick: which brand/model did you buy? I did not see one on Cabela’s site that would work. Our hide a bed is a full size. Thx.

Sorry, didn't know that. Our's was a queen so it was easy to find another.

We have had good luck with Intex air mattresses with built in air pump. Not in the RV but for multiple grandkids spending the night with us over the years. And lots of bouncing around on them. I think you can get them in standard full bed size.
