Mice are horrible

Poison means you can't control where they die, they can smell or get eaten by something you don't want dead. Use at your own risk example (https://www.khou.com/article/news/na...f-2cffbc99aca2)

Traps you have better control of but arguably less effectiveness

We 'lost' a mouse trap. It was found with a carcass on the bathroom gray tank as I had the bulkhead down for other reasons when 2+ feet ofsnow hit the day after T'giving last fall.

We have too much wildlife at our home for poison. Actually have had bald and golden eagles, hawks and some barn owls, none of which I want to poison. Squirrels - the jury has a verdict waiting my reading(12 ~100' tall oaks in the back yard!!)

We are not being funny, but we have had no mice since we got us a cat. Never have we seen him with a mouse but just having him around mice figure if they want to live longer don't fool with him....

Charlie

A cat would work well. That is but for my wife's mega cat allergy. We no longer can visit a daughter at their home as they have at least two fur balls. My wife would spend three days after a visit getting over sniffles, and bleary , swolleneyes

Dryer sheets with mint or peppermint oil has worked for me. I use it in everything from stored cars to fiver. I didnít see anyone suggesting it. I had an issue with a mouse nest in my Camry cabin filter, a little mint oil keeps th3 little buggers out. Just saying.

At one time we had a total of nine (9) cats living in our S&B and would still get mice in the basement. On morning I found a dead mouse in the basement with no injuries, best we could figure is it died of fright or heart attack when he saw 9 cats coming at him, because if they don't move their no fun for the cats.

Get some Hydrocide Extreme from Amazon, smell instantly gone. It doesn't cover odors, it adds a molecule TO the odor. Works on anything.
