Website Certificate Error
I'm using an older version of Windows, xp, and since the upgrade I'm not able to log onto the MOC. I get a "Certificate" error. I have the montanaowners.com in my trusted sites in IE security. I'm using anothers pc to log this issue. Any thoughts would be welcome.
Thanks!

I would start by making sure you have all updates installed. You need to run Windows Update and get it to check for updates and then make sure all recommended and required updates are installed. You should repeat this process until it fails to find any news updates.

If you are running Windows XP, you can't run the newer versions of Internet Explorer. However, you can run new versions of Firefox or Chrome.

Hi
Make sure your computer date is correct. If your internal battery that keeps you date current has gone dead and your date has reverted to when the computer was manufactured you will get that cert error.

The underlying issue here is that the site now runs on SSL and the older OS you have and browser are not quite keeping up.
This may be a usable work around:
Open up IE go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Remove the check marks next to "Check for publisher's certificate revocation" and "Check for server certificate revocation." Click the "OK" button. Restart

This may work but its dangerous. I think trying Firefox may be a safer option.
