Same wear pattern on my Sailun S637
I have the same wear pattern on my 2017 3811MS - both axles - proper inflation. Otherwise, they look good. I'm going to keep running mine as is. Seems fairly normal for many fifth wheels.

It is interesting that the wear occurred in the last 3k miles. Sounds like something occurred which caused a change.

Scott, ours were doing the same thing and I took it to a company that works on over the road trailers and they realigned the axles and made sure they had the correct curvature(can't remember the correct term for this) in the axles. They corrected and aligned the axles and no more problems. Good luck and it was good to see you and Alta in Goshen.

I have made measurements and all seems to be in order. The one measurement I question is the axles being parallel to each other; there is about 1/4" difference. 37" on the left, 36 3/4" on the right. It would be difficult to change this since it is a function of where the spring hangers are welded to the frame.
I have no idea what the specs are, anyone find 1/4" excessive?

I was told that 1/4" +/- was the tolerance on mine.

My vague recollectionis is that 1/8" +/- is acceptable. I would consider 1/4" excessive and worthy of further evaluation.

I looked at the pin/spring pad relationship on the right side. I might be able to loosen the ubolts and get the axles 1/8 to 1/4 inch further apart. However, that would affect the tow in on both wheels on that side. I'm a little reluctant to mess with the alignment using levels and a tape measure after the alignment shop did it with lasers. Especially since I do not know that alignment is causing the tire issue. I think I will leave it be.

I watched the 2 videos earlier. One mentioned 'slow wear' tires. What exactly does this mean? Thanks
