Installing Splendide washer/dryer in 3455sa

I'm considering installing a Splendide Vented Combo - WDV2200XCD in a 2011 3455SA but it seems like it's going to be hard to fit.

The doc on the Splendide site states the depth as 22" but if most of the adds have it at 22 5/8. If that is correct there would be no room for the water hoses or the dryer vent connection as the left side of the cabinet gets narrower. Anyway completed installing that model?

One other question. I assume that the dryer vent is installed fairly close to front of trailer to give clearance as the cabinet is wider there.

Any tips or suggestions appreciated as I'm thinking I may need to find a unit a bit smaller.

Thanks in advance
John

The WDV2200XCD is a great unit
Have it installed by a reputable RV Service Center
Too many people try and cut the vent hole in the wrong place and end up with patch work
Also there is an issue with these units tripping the high pressure switch during drying
due to lint build up in the system
These is a procedure required to be performed about once a month to prevent
this from happening/ Google it/ Other than that great unit. Have been using mine daily for 2 years. Actually works better with a heavy load.

When I look at your floor plan and the cabinet location with the washer/dryer prep - I can see your dimension question. That is not a square cabinet. I also tried searching for some sales videos for your unit hoping to find one that would show the washer/dryer installed…and I could not find one. There is a pic below of the closet with the shelves still inside. I did find several exterior sales shots showing a dryer vent installed, but none of those units had interior shots. The vents are not in exactly the same spot on these units - but in the general area. Maybe someone here will have first-hand knowledge of the install or the dimension of the narrow section of the corner cabinet.

A Search on "splendide install" will locate many discussions. But the one you really want to read and follow is this one.

Followed your install thread and it put an idea in my head that will probably cost me some funds. I have the same sort of closet in the bedroom as your Monty has. It's already plumbed for a W/D so why not?
