2021 3760FL Docking Switch Location?

For the life of me we can find where the docking light switch location is. Have never been able to turn it off. Dealer has been no help and even calling the manufacturer didn't help.

Anyone have the same RV that could share the location? You would think after a year we would have come across it by accident lol.

I'm almost starting to believe they messed up and direct wired it.

On my unit the security and exterior lights are controlled on the InCommand screen...but I can't remember if the docking light (little LED just above the pin box) is part of the security or the exterior lights.

Gary - I went out and tested my unit. The SECURITY LIGHTS switch controls both big-round scare lights and the dock light above the pin. Looking at your InCommand wiring diagram - it also shows SECURITY LIGHTS (screen shot below). Turn on your Security Light switch from the InCommand panel and go see if both scare lights come on. If the dock light does not come on - you need to check the light to see if the connections are tight, and test it with a multi-meter. I did not remove mine but it feels like it is seated in a rubber grommet…maybe push up and twist to remove ?? Someone else might know how to remove the light.

I’ll give it look tomorrow. My problem is the lights are on constantly, can’t turn them off. From the InCommand screen if I activate the SECURITY button it highlights but does nothing outside in regards to lighting.

The lights that are stuck on is the white light at the pin and the small amber lights around the outside .

We have a 2021 3761FL. Those are the exact lights that security circuit is designed to control, So you most likely have a relay or wiring issue with the in command. I opted for switches as I can repair them, but the incommand is too techy! It doesn't seem to be a field DYI repairable item!
Go back to the dealer or find someone that can repair.

I had an issue with my crown mould LEDs blinking upon startup. I swapped relays and fixed the issue. You might try the same thing and see if it makes any difference. The relays are all the same and they simply plug in without much effort. Just re-seating the relay on the prongs might help. You can try swapping relay 5 and 6. See screen of the BCM wiring diagram below. Also see screen shot of my fix from about a year ago. It’s worth a shot…give it a go!

I like a good challenge and I’m decent with electricity but this is throwing me for a loop.

First off these lights positive wire is labeled as wire #4 and wired into the InCommand terminal 26 which is EXTERIOR LIGHT 12V 15A IN

Also terminal 32 is SECURITY LIGHTS 12V 15A OUT.
No power on this. Even taking wire off has no affect.

As far as the relays go RELAY 25 is EXTERIOR LIGHT and RELAY 26 is SECURITY LIGHT. Unplugging those both at the same time makes no difference the lights still stay on.

Back to the wire labeled as #4. Again the wire is feeding all the lights. When disconnected from the InCommand the wire shows 13.5V not the terminal. The terminal 26 that I pulled it off states that’s outfeeding.

Something tells me there is a wiring modification somewhere and the source of power is coming from elsewhere.

Lastly, the SECURITY LIGHTS button does turn on the bright scare light but has no affect on the docking lights.

Docking light switch

My switch was located in the compartment containing the hydraulic pump and batteries.
